Initial Consultation
A 90-minute period is reserved for an initial visit and the fee is $450. A non-refundable prepayment fee of $100 is required to reserve your appointment at the time of scheduling. This fee will be applied to your consultation cost once the appointment is completed.
Follow Up
Most follow-up appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes and the fee is $110. Prescription refill requests can only be filled for active patients and Dr. Posage's schedule frequently books a month or more in advance. Contact us as soon as possible to schedule, especially if you are interested in limited evening or Saturday times.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
A non-refundable $100 prepayment fee is required to secure an appointment for initial visit. The fee will be deducted from the total invoice at the conclusion of the visit with two exceptions: 1) rescheduling/canceling with less than 2 business days notice, 2) rescheduling more than once. A fee of $45 will be applied to missed or rescheduled recheck appointments with less than 48 hours notice.
